1. What does it cost to have a PB Microsavings account?

Nothing - PB Microsavings is a free - no fees - no contracts - no charges - service provided through your retailer. All you get is the easiest way to save with the highest interest rates ever.

2. My log-in doesn't work:

Most often log in problems can be fixed just by re- entering your log in information. Once you have logged in, go to your profile and click the edit profile link to correct any errors in your profile. If these options do not solve the problem then please email us at: info@pbmicrosavings.com and one of our customer service team members will contact you by email.

3. I can't find my account:

If you have logged in and the system does not display your account information -please log in again. If this problem repeats, please contact us immediately at: info@pbmicrosavings.com and one of our customer service team members will contact you by email.

4. I can't see any information in my account:

If you have logged in and the system does not display your account information -please log in again. If this problem repeats, please contact us immediately at info@pbmicrosavings.com and one of our customer service team members will contact you at by email.

5. I can't get access to my account:

If you have logged in and can not get access to your account, the easiest remedy is to log in again. If your second attempt does not give you access, then go to the log in page and click the PIN/Password reset button which will allow you to reset your PIN/Password.

6. I can't find a transaction in my account:

PB Microsavings provides a list of all transactions that occurred every time you identified yourself as a PB Microsavings member at the retailers' POS. If a transaction does not appear in your account that you believe should be in your account please advise us of as many details as possible at: info@pbmicrosavings.com and one of our customer service team members will contact you by email.

7. I need to update my profile:

This is easy. All you have to do is log in at the log in page and select "edit profile". Once you have entered your Password/PIN you can adjust any profile entry and then hit Submit for the update to take place.

8. I need to change my PIN/Password:

By logging in on the log in page and clicking the Edit Profile link you will be able to reset your PIN/Password.

9. I need to close my account:

To close your account we recommend that you first visit the retailers where you have a PB Micorsavings account and withdraw the cash value in your account. Then return to the website and confirm that the balance in your account is now at $0. We will retain copies of all your transactions for 1 year and you may retrieve that data at any time by sending an inquiry to info@pbmicrosavings.com.

10. I need a copy of my transactions:

Every transaction may be seen by visiting either the Transaction Details section of the Retailers Account page or the Report page. You can print a copy of the transactions directly from those pages. Should you need additional detail information please contact us at info@pbmicrosavings.com and one of our customer service team members will contact you by email.

11. I need a copy of my charitable transactions:

By visiting the Report page you will be able to see all of the charitable donations you have made and you will be able to print a receipt document suitable for presentation to thrid parties.
